Abstract
Numerous photo- and thermoinduced effects of optical properties' changes (transmission T, reflectivity R, refractivity n) in chaloogenide glasses determine their applications for digital or holographic laser recording in archival or reversible regime with high resolution in real time scale or with chemical, electrophoto- graphic amplification I*2'3. There are still some important applied problems of operated sensitivity, stability investigations which are connected with fundamental researches in the field of electron processes and structural transformations in a metastable solid state semiconductor media influenced by light or/and heat .
