Abstract
The simultaneous recording of the all three types of holographic gratings, which are absorption (photochromic), and two phase (photorefractive) constructed both by electrons and holes was experimentally demonstrated in Bi12Ti020 photorefractive crystal by using a simple polarization technique. Coupled wave theory expanded for anisotropic case of optical active crystals is used to interpret the experimental results. A possible application of simultaneous formation of gratings with different time response in optical implementation of neural network is discussing.
