The influence of illumination on various photophysical properties of amorphous As-Se films has been studied. The observed compositional, temperature and temporal dependence of transient photoconductivity, xerograhic parameters is in good agreement with the photoinduced changes (PIC) of the optical properties. Results suggest that photoexcitation of As-Se amorphous films with band-gap light alters deep states.
