Abstract
Partial coherence interferometry has been used to measure intraocular distances and to synthesize optical tomograms. For in vivo measurements an interferometric technique is used which is insensitve to gross eye movements. Axial eye length and corneal thickness measurements have been performed. The interferometric technique yields higher precision than the conventional clinical procedures. The application of partial coherence interferometry to optical tomography is demonstrated.
