Abstract
The acousto-optic time integrating correlator (AOTIC) application for the spread spectrum radiocommunication system synchronization is considered in this paper. The particularities of this class of the direct-sequence spread spectrum signal (DS-SSS) processing devices are analyzed at the delay-frequency acquisition regime. The AOTIC acquisition device noise immunity is estimated. Practical recommendations for building of AOTIC DS-SSS acquisition devices are formulated.
