Abstract
This paper presents results on anisotropic diffraction in TeO2 single crystal from the scanned acoustic field. Design principles of the Bragg cell with a placement of electrodes on a common acoustic substrate are considered. A special construction of the Bragg cell should be fabricated in order to achieve an appropriate channel crosstalk. The problems of an efficient acoustic damper were solved as well by an appropriate technology choice. The performance peculiarities of the TeO2 Bragg cell are discussed and some results of experimental investigation of the cell are presented.
