Abstract
On the basis of multi-centered scientific studies carried out within the frames of theprogram "Physics of the Alive" and the experience of treatment of more than 196,000patients the foundations of the "Quantum Medicine" have been layed. Its conceptual basisis provided by the idea that any living system is simultaneously a macroscopic quantumobject and a maser (nun-range laser).
