Abstract
An open resonator with a Nbconcave mirror has been developed forsurface resistance measurements ofhigh-Tc superconducting materials at100 GHz band.Temperature of asuperconducting sample can be variedfrom 4.2 K to at least 80 K withkeeping temperature of the Nb mirrorat 4.2 K. Frequency and temperaturedependencies of Q were measured for aNb thin film to check the resonatorperformance.
