Abstract
We report a series of far infrared measurements, using power reflectivity, dispersive Fourier transform^spectroscopy, and attenuated total reflection spectroscopies, on the mixed crystal system InAs 1 _xSbx. Two^types of samples were studied; the first series of samples incorporated InAsi_xSbx as bulk epilayers on^GaAs substrates, whereas the second series used the alloy as a superlattice component with InSb.
