Abstract
For measuring of small and supersmall velocities of rough surfaces vibration the algorithms of nonlinear digital filtering of homodyne speckle interferometer signals have been developed. These algorithms can be used for the designing of special signal processing digital systems with the on-line mode operation. The results of the noise characteristics estimations of the developed algorithms depending on their parameters and properties of the processed signal are given.
