Abstract
The design method of a filter with dynamic filtering and statistic processing of correlation data is presented. This filter incorporated into an optical-digital hybrid system is used for the distortion invariance (shift, scale, rotation, and intensity) recognition of target image. Computer simulation and experiments demonstrate the system's ability to detect a target which is generated in large distortion.
