Abstract
We present the CBEA algorithm, namely the cross-correlation based blind equalization algorithm, for the reconstruction of an unknown nonwhite signal from on two or more filtered and noisy versions of it. The proposed approach reconstructs the unknown generally nonminimum phase channels in an adaptive fashion, by minimizing two new error criteria. The adaptation rule is computationally very simple since it involves second order cross- correlation operators applied to the observations. Simulations exhibit fast convergence and robustness to low signal-to-noise ratios, as long as the noise is uncorrelated to the input signal.
