Abstract
This paper proposes an iterative phase detection method. It needs only one frame of sinusoidal carrier-fringes pattern, but the demodulated phase is similar to the phase shifting method which needs three or more fringe patterns. In the paper, the basic theory and iterative algorithm are introduced in detail, the computer simulation and experiment results are given out, and the new method is compared with the spatial filter method.
