Abstract
CHAMP (Cooperative Highly. Available Multi-Processor) is an expandable processor-independent software environment designed to support high availability and fault-tolerant computation. CHAMP uses a network of elements, possibly dissimilar, and achieves speed. through concurrent processing. CHAMP has great potential for signal processing networks, especially with single-chip VESIC elements.
