Abstract
In this paper the first nitrite-selective and perchlorate- selective CHEMFETs based on plasticized PVC membrane containing anion-sensitive receptors were presented. The designed sensors exhibit good selectivities for primary ions over other inorganic anions and show linear responses in the range 1 - 3.5 of pX- with a slope of 32 - 42 mV decade-1. These microdevices can be applied in the determination and the monitoring of nitrite and perchlorate anions (even in the presence of some interfering ions).
