Abstract
The PTC thermistors with super-low resistivity less than 10(Omega) (DOT) cm were prepared using (Ba1-xCax)Ti1.02O34/ as material by conventional routine. The effect of Ca content on the room temperature resistivity and electronic properties on Sb(subscript 2O3, Nb2O5- codoped Ba1-xCaxTi1.02O3 ceramics has been investigated. When the concentration of Ca was lower than 8.0% mol, the room temperature resistivity as well as Rmax/Rmin are reduced and the ranging of Curie point (Tc) is widened with increasing of the concentration of Ca. As the concentration of Ca is beyond 8.0%mol, the room temperature resistivity increasing abruptly with increasing of the content of Ca.
