Abstract
The method and device for remote technological monitoring of volumes and masses of axisymmetrical objects (freely falling hot glass drops) in real time is represented. A main feature of the method is the measurement of volume because of hypothesises about a topological similarity of parallel cuts of a skew field on its optical images on the plane of registration. The method is well combined with technique of the television registration. The system of remote measurement of volumes and masses freely falling hot glass drops acting in industry is realized. The error of measurements about 0.5% is reached.
