29 August 2001 Seamless integration of the various elements of the tactical communications system

This paper presents an overview of a novel architectural framework for describing the Tactical Communications Systems. It then describes the utility of the framework in examining the provision of interfaces such that a broad range of information flows can be supported. The framework presented is applicable to both current and future tactical communications networks.
