Abstract

The given work is devoted to the analysis of problems connected to a substantiation of an internal nature of light and consideration it as of objective limiting unit of the information. In work are considered a number of theoretical questions and problems of applied character, which concern the analysis of the basic ideas of the scientific concept both characteristic of a modern status and prospects of development of information systems on base optoelectronic information- power technologies.
