Investigated the control possibilities by transversal distribution of optical radiation localized on bio-object light-guide-lightdiode of structures. Adapted a parametrial control method, which is bottomed on time-variable deformations of radiated body in plane of entrance lightguide window. The researches Results can be gone in newest phototherapy technologies.
