Abstract

The basic types of non-structural complexes in vitreous compounds of As₂S₃ and As₂Se₃ are described. The model of its forming are analysis. Technology aspects for preparation of compounds by melting, vacuum sublimation and chemical transport reactions method indicate that minimum numbers of defects is to vacuum sublimation method. Transmission spectra in visible region are investigated.
