Abstract

Application of foreign electronic components in special space equipment, design in Russia, causes a number of specific problems to ensure necessary quality level, reliability and operational performances. Procedure of foreign electronic components application in Russian space equipment required its certification, carried out by authorized certification institutions, having appropriate licenses. RPE 'OPTECS' has successful experience of joint activity with Center of element and equipment certification RNIIKP as with Russian second supplier of certified COTS components for space.
