Abstract
We describe a method for designing micro-electrophotonic systems to be integrated at a high level. This process does'nt require a mask and we can control the shape of the synthe--sized profiles with a high precision. We have also developed an algorithm to optimize the tomographic reconstruction of 3-D images. This method was applied to optic fibers.
