Abstract
Starting from the study of the electronic structure of three systems by using global and local properties as electronic chemical potential, molecular hardness, functions of Fukui, etc. it was possible to explain the conditions for the formation of complex in excited states that fluorescent and allow the laser effect inside them in a polar solvent. The bifluorophormics were built with fluorophors 1,3,5-trifenilpirazolina and 2,5-dimetilphenyloxazole-1,3 (or 2,5-diphenyloxadiazole-1,34).
