Abstract
This study is focused on the determination of the absorption coefficients of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin solutions (1.6g/l) at different concentrations of glucose (from 0 to 1000 mg/dl with a step 100 mg/dl) from a few hours to over two week of incubation. The absorption coefficients were determined using transmittance measurements at the wavelength range from 500 nm to 1000 nm.
