Abstract
In article advantages of matrix photodetectors with accumulation are shown at measurement of spatial-power and power chacteristics of laser radiation. The system of parameters of a matrix photodetector necessary for its use is considered as the initial converter of means of measurement of laser radiation. Prospects of spatial spectral representation of relative distribution of power density or energy density of laser radiation for an estimation of measurement errors are discussed. Results of modelling are given according to errors of measurement of relative distribution of power density in spectral representation.
