Abstract
The kinetic model of fast-flow CO2-laser is represented. The dependences of the output power and the efficiency of such CO2-laser on the pumping power are considered. The role of the active medium temperature and its fast flow in obtaining the maximal laser efficiency are discussed. The selectivity of pumping and excitation rate of the upper laser level are the main parameters defining the efficiency of the fast-flow CO2-lasers is shown.
