Abstract
Strong emission of atmosphere at magnetic storm of 2006 December 14 at 8.6 mm, 3.3 mm, and 8-12 micron wavelengths in Chita (Trans Baikal Region) was observed. Hypothesis of appearance of charged particles streams and its influence on atmospheric emissivity are discussed.
