Abstract
The problem of measuring of parameters of different micro relief types and measuring of size of optical media with diffused scattered surfaces can be solved by means of spectral correlation method of diagnosis. The present article contains the results of modeling and experiments. Obtained experimental data are close to computation modeling results and theoretical treatment. Method uses prevalent equipment only. Remote surface parameter measuring is available.
