Abstract
High peak-power nanosecond laser pulses generated by excimer-pumped dye lasers are utilized to induce the formation of cytotoxic photoproducts of Hematoporphyrin Derivative. A better therapeutic response of a murine fibrosarcoma is found as compared to that of cw irradiation.
