Abstract
The medical ultrasonic imaging technology has become an important assistant means of diagnoses and therapy for doctor, with the good qualities, like safety, fast speed, real time, low price and wide application range. But the ultrasonic imaging "speckle" noise make it difficulties to distinguish between normal tissue and pathological tissue. According to the character of noise in the medical ultrasonic image, in this paper an new method combine mathematics morphology with adaptive filtering is proposed after study noise and some filters. The method is first we adopt adaptive median filter preprocess the contaminated image, then apply mathematics morphological way to filter again and to enhance image contrast. Finally we compare the new method with others. The experimental result prove that this method can effectively improve imaging quality.
