Abstract
Selenide (CIGS) obtained with the unique combination of low-cost solution-based precursor deposition and a reactive transfer printing method. This approach provides reduced capital costs compared to vacuum deposition approaches, low thermal budget, high throughput, control of crystallographic orientation, and very high device quality materials.
