Abstract

The implementation of massive network architectures like the Global Information Grid coupled with the introduction of Internet Protocol Version 6 will change the way in which modeling and simulations will be conducted. Also, emergent requirements for testing and training will dictate changes to current M&S practices and techniques. This paper presents a survey of the future M&S requirements and technologies that must be explored to ensure that M&S is able to support future applications.
