Abstract
In this paper, the temperature control system of furnace was studied based on the developing platform of the virtual instrument--LabVIEW. The system consist the design of hardware and software parts. The hardware system mainly includes two parts: temperature test and control circuit, PCI-6024 data acquisition card. The software system mainly includes: main control module, data acquisition module, PID control module, data writing module, data reading module, data printing module, data transmission module, error event processing module. It also introduces the way how to adjust PID parameter. At last, practice proved that the design of PID control system has a good practical value and application prospect.
