Abstract
Let A be an n-by-n complex matrix with complex number entries. Then the numerical range of A is defined to be W(A)={χ* Ax: x∈ Cn,|χ|=1}. In this paper, we study some properties of numerical ranges of 4x4 reducible companion matrices, the proposed discriminations properties of numerical ranges of 4x4 reducible companion matrices are simple, accurate and meaningful
