Abstract
The M-ary spread spectrum systems with zero correlation zone (ZCZ) sequences were fabricated and analyzed present in multipath. The analyzed results show the ZCZ sequence M-ary spread spectrum system has stronger anti-multipath interference ability than Walsh sequence M-ary spread spectrum system. The simulated channel is composed of a line _of _sight(LOS), 9 specular reflection and a diffuse multipath component whose power is 10dB less than that of the line-of-sight signal. In case of BER=1E-2 and 25% reflecting strength, the S/N of ZCZ sequence 4-ary spread spectrum systems has about 0.8dB improvement than that of Walsh sequence 4-ary spread spectrum system; In case of BER=3E-2 and 50% reflecting strength, the S/N has about 1.7 dB improvement. Those results imply that present system is useful to design high spectrum efficiency and strong anti-multipath interference spread spectrum systems.
