Abstract
With the continuous development of space technology, satellite technology is widely used in communications, earth observation, space remote sensing, meteorological observation, marine exploration, scientific research and other fields. Small satellites cause more and more people's attention because of its small size, light weight, good performance, reliability, short development cycle, and other characteristics. At the same time, attention has been paid to the development and application of this technology all over the world, particularly in the settlement of time and space coverage.
