Abstract
Fiber-optic Raman tweezers for molecular analysis of bio-particles in turbid media is proposed. The Raman tweezers consists of a single hollow optical fiber and a specially designed trapping lens mounted at the fiber tip. Raman spectra of polystyrene particles dispersed in NaCl aqueous solution are observed.
