A novel LED (light emitting diode) light source of five different colors (white, red, green, blue and yellow) is adopted
instead of conventional incandescent lamps for an amblyopia treatment system and seven training methods for rectifying
amblyopia are incorporated so as for achieving an integrated therapy. The LED light source is designed to provide
uniform illumination, adjustable light intensity and alterable colors. Experimental tests indicate that the LED light source
operates steadily and fulfills the technical demand of amblyopia treatment.
