Abstract
Recently electromagnetic cascades that can develop in strong laser field have attracted much attention. In this paper we analyze equations for the distribution functions of cascade particles (electrons, positrons and hard photons). The approximate scaling laws for these equations are found. The dependence of cascade characteristics on laser parameters is discussed. The comparison of the obtained results with results of numerical simulations is given.
