With high-definition television becoming the mainstream of technology development,people have higher and higher
demand on video quality. This paper analyses HD video quality based on distortion cased by compression, then proposes
mothed of feature extraction based on H.264. This metric shows good performance compared with MOS and can be used
in real-time evaluation.
