Abstract
Web services have gained an increasing popularity, however, also shown challenge in appropriate web service selection. Because of the wide variety of web services might be offered to perform one specific task, it is essential that users are supported in the selection of appropriate web services. Keyword based web service discovery, one of the most practical approaches, ignores the reaction of user context which is considered to be valuable. In this paper, we propose a user context model which enables user context to participate in the process of web service discovery. Our main contribution is a user context utilization method which improves the accuracy of keyword based approaches. Experiments and results are provided to evaluate the proposed method.
