Abstract
With the development of science and technology, the requirements for optics have become higher and higher in photoelectric instrument industry. And therefore, the fabrication and measuring processes of large viewing field and complicated toric lens were investigated in this work. Based on the classical manufacturing method, the blank preparation, lens mounting, polishing operations as well as the inspections were all studied in detail and summarized. Finally, the feasible processing procedures were established, with which the fabricated lens could meet the application requirements.
