Abstract
A general theoretical model is formulated for the KrF laser with the possibility of excitation by the electron beam, by electric discharge or by electric discharge stabilized by an electron beam. A developed model for electron-vibrational relaxation of states B,C,D of KrF excimer enables investigations the generation or amplification of radiation pulses in the range up to 1011s. Numerical calculation performed for KrF laser pumped by the electric discharge stabilized by an electron beam enabled to obtain the basic characteristics of its work. An interesting result is the obtained increase in the radiation energy in the range of high, ≥80% contents of krypton in the Ar + Kr + F2 mixture.
