Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the dispersion and polarization properties of polymer photonic crystal fiber with elliptical air holes and squeezed lattice using supercell lattice method. We introduce the modified squeezing ratio to describe the squeezed degree reduced by both squeezed lattice and elliptical air holes. Based on the supercell lattice method, the highly birefringence and flattened chromatic dispersion can be obtained as the structure parameters of polymer photonic crystal fiber are appropriate simultaneously.
