In this presentation, I will show our recent progress on development of tunable dielectric metasurfaces with 1D and 2D arrays of individually addressable nanoantenna pixels. The former can be used for dynamic wide-angle beam steering applicable for LiDAR devices while the latter paves the way to future dynamic 3D holographic displays with wide field of view.
