Abstract

This chapter discusses the experiences gained from a predominantly industrial career and through a multitude of spin-outs with varying success. It emphasizes the need for people, trust, and respect within a small team and what happens when this all-important trust breaks down. Finally, some key topics to consider for a successful entrepreneurial process are offered.
