Chapter 5: Structure and Dynamical Diagnostics of Disperse Media
Here we consider the possibilities of using optical correlation methods and holography to solve inverse problems in the diagnostics of disperse media. These methods are based on seeking out a relationship between the correlation (statistical) parameters of the field transformed during its interaction with the object and the corresponding parameters of the probing radiation. The methods and systems discussed in the previous chapters, which are based on the study of transformations of longitudinal and transverse correlation functions of the probing beam, will be the subject of our discussion again.
