Abstract

This addendum contains a listing and description of available textbooks and reference literature that persons working in the field of optical design will find informative and helpful. While deserving of considerable and justifiable debate, the order in which the “Top 10” have been presented reflects my opinion regarding their relative importance and usefulness, based on my experience while working in the field.
