Abstract
High power laser beams tend to have highly asymmetric irradiance distributions across their pupils. However, there are applications for these lasers requiring uniform irradiance distributions on a target of interest. A strip mirror integrator provides a practicable scheme for achieving this uniformity without significant power loss.
